Student of the week - Teddy Becker

Teddy Becker is The Windham Eagle student of the week. Teddy is nine years old and is in Melissa Azzaratta’s fourth grade class. His favorite subject is social studies and when he grows up he’d like to be a genetic engineer after attending Saint Joseph’s College.

Education is important to Teddy because, “so you know what you need to know when you grow up and if you have children you can tell them what you know.”

“Teddy is an excellent student. He gets along with his peers, works hard and always has a positive attitude. He is a great role model for his classmates!” said his teacher.

Teddy’s hobbies include playing Skylanders, Disney Infinity, Angry Birds Star Wars and SumDog. He lives with his mom some times and his dad other times. He has an 11-year-old sister and a Labrador retriever.

He likes Manchester School because “They have a really good playground.”

Favorite TV show: Adventure Time
Favorite animal: Buffalo
Favorite movie: The Nut Job
When I’m not in school I’m playing.
