At the Raymond Village Library - By Sally Holt

Personally, I think this quote from Albert Einstein in probably one of his best. If you know the “location” of Raymond Village Library keep reading.

Authors are special. They tell a story from a unique perspective and place in their imagination and are then able to create an atmosphere where readers can identify with the characters, setting and theme. Here are a few visiting the library in the next month or so.

New England Book Award winner, Lily King is the author of Euphoria, a novel set between two World Wars and inspired by the life of Margaret Mead. Wednesday, May 25, at 6:30 p.m. Free and open to the public. Books will be available for signing.

John Ford, former Game Warden is back with his new book Dear Diaries and he will be bringing along his pal, Mark Nickerson, who will be talking about his new book, Behind the Blue Lights. Wednesday, June 1 at 6:30 p.m. Books will be available for signing.

Maine author, Kevin Hancock will discuss NOT FOR SALE: Finding Center in the Land of Crazy Horse, a memoir that traces one businessman’s journey deep into Indian Country, and even deeper into his own soul. Wednesday, June 15 at 6:30 p.m. Books will be available for signing.
