Windham High School senior earns Eagle Award

Windham High School senior Josh Richardson was presented his Eagle Scout award on January 18 at St. Ann’s Episcopal Church in the middle of a snowstorm. Eagle Scout is the highest rank in Boy Scouts and must be completed by a Scouts 18^th birthday. Richardson earned his new rank in August after completing his project, a shed behind the Windham Veteran’s Center. He is 18 years old.
