Jacob McPherson is The Windham Eagle student of the week.
This 8-year-old attends Windham Primary School and is in Beth Peavey’s second
grade class.
“Peers look up to Jacob as a role model. His performance and perseverance to improve
in his academics has been noticed by many teachers,” said Mrs. Peavey.
Jacob lives with his Mom and Dad, one brother Ryan, who’s in
kindergarten and his sister Addy, who is 1-year-old. He also has a kitten.
His favorite subject is math and literacy. When he grows up
he’d like to be a football player. When he’s not in school, he’s outside
playing. He said that education is important because “it helps you to be grown
up and help with your job.”
